Every KRZY piece is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your garment is produced specifically for you once you order, which keeps waste down and quality up.

Production & delivery

Production takes 3–5 business days. Once produced, orders ship and arrive within 7–10 days total from the day you order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves production.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

Because every piece is made to order, we accept returns and issue refunds on defective or misprinted items only. If something's wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
